IceShield Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident getting through winter with your AllSeason Guard. If something isn't right, we're here to help — within the guidelines below.
By placing an order on IceShield, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition received
- Item must be in original packaging with all accessories, tags, manuals, and bonus items included
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
As the [YOUR PRODUCT NAME] is a seasonal and performance-based product, items showing signs of usage (e.g., creasing, moisture, dirt, pet hair, odor, windshield markings, outdoor exposure) are not eligible for refund.
How to Start a Return
Email iceshield@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Reason for return
If approved, we will issue:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return address & instructions
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted or refunded. Packages sent to unapproved addresses or returned "to sender" are not eligible.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer pays all return shipping costs for non-defective returns
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Trackable shipping is required (we are not responsible for lost returns)
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for packaging issues or reconditioning needs.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Item Received
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if:
- Your item is defective
- Arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
Email photos of:
- The product issue
- Shipment box & label
We will, at our discretion: provide replacement parts, a replacement item, or another solution.
Normal wear, installation issues, or performance differences due to extreme weather are not defects.

Performance Expectations & Installation
Refunds will not be granted for reasons including:
- "Didn't work in my specific storm/temperature"
- "Still some frost in extreme conditions"
- "Didn't fit my vehicle the way I wanted"
- "I changed my mind after trying it outside"
Once the product is installed or exposed to outdoor conditions, it is considered used and non-returnable.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Not eligible for return:
- Used or installed items
- Sale, promotional, bundle, BOGO, or discounted orders (including Black Friday)
- Free gifts not included in return
- Gift cards and digital items (if offered)
- Returns requested outside the 30-day window
Items labeled "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:

Refund Processing
After your return arrives, allow 7–10 business days for inspection.
Outcome options:

If 15+ business days have passed after refund approval and you haven't received funds — contact your bank/card issuer first, then email us.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU shipments:
- Cancel/return within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect/defective
This is in addition to our standard policy.
Policy Updates & Legal Rights
IceShield may revise this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of purchase applies to that order.
Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights applicable in your region.
